Decorative Sushi transforms traditional sushi into colorful edible art. By carefully arranging colored sushi rice and ingredients inside nori seaweed, beautiful designs appear when the roll is sliced — from flowers and seasonal motifs to iconic Japanese symbols such as Mt. Fuji.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to create your own Decorative Sushi while discovering the Japanese culture and ideas behind the designs. No previous sushi-making experience is needed. Follow Micky step by step, slice your finished roll, and enjoy the moment when your hidden design is revealed.
And, of course, your artwork is edible!
