Learn how to make Curry Udon and also know the different types of wheat noodles sold in the supermarkets, and how to select them. 

Main: Curry Udon (including an introduction to udon, somen and soba)

Side1: Cabbage and Kelp Salad

Side2: Ichigo Daifuku (strawberry and sweet red bean paste in mochi)
