Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Cancellations:
• More than 7 days before your event: no cancellation fee
• 3 – 7 days before your event: 50% of the total fee will be charged
• 1 – 2 days before your event: 80% of the total fee will be charged
• On the day of the event or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total fee will be charged
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is possible and free of charge, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events), we will work with you to reschedule your booking.
